How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Your order is sent to the closest factory to your shipping location.  We currently have three warehouses we work from.  Midwest,  North and  South.  If we do not have the item for some reason in stock, you will be contacted immediately after we get the order.

How do I find the Item I am looking for at the Truck Pipe Store?

Simply input the pipe part number exactly as the manufacturer gave it to you in our search box and if it appears, we have it ready to ship.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

We can understand if you might have made a mistake, but we drop ship everything from our Suppliers.   We dont warehouse anything.   Thats why our prices are so low.

As long as its still in the exact same box as it was shipped to you, with no blemishes, scratches or damage, we can probably return it.   An RMA# will need to be issued first, and You will have to pay shipping charges to and from to send it back.  

We get charged 25% restocking fee, and we will have to pass that on to you.
